INFANT SIBLINGS ARE FREE!
Infants six months and under are free when attending with a registered sibling. Please provide infant's name and birth date in comment field.
Any child attending class on a regular basis must be registered for class.

CLASS CONFIRMATIONS
Class confirmation email will be sent right after you register. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour after submitting your registration, please call us to confirm that we have received it.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND PROMO CODES
We do not process the credit card at the moment of registration.
Once the card is processed you will receive and initial email indicating the amount you were charged. If you entered a promo code, the discount will not show in the initial confirmation email, but in your receipt.
If there is any problem with the charge contact us immediately and we can reverse or fix it.

THE CD
Each session has a new set of songs and activities. Music for Aardvarks has 11 different CD's for each session. By your 2nd class you will be getting a CD with the music we will use during the session. We usually add songs from other sessions as well, but the bulk of the songs will be on your CD.
We give one CD per family! You can buy additional CD's.

MAKE-UP POLICY
You need to make 10 classes during the session.
Make-up classes cannot be carried forward to future terms.
Please email your makeup request to info@musicformanhattan.com 72 hours before the make up class you wish to take.

REFUND POLICY
Full refund if you cancel before September 1st.
After September 1st you can get a credit towards the winter session.
